I am a RN who is offering medical ear piercing to our local community.

I am a mother of three and have worked in pediatrics, as well as geriatrics. I have also worked as a CAN, EMT, nanny and preschool teacher.

I am confident that I can provide you with a uniquely private and safe ear piercing.

As a Blomdahl Medical Ear-Piercing provider - I am offering families a safe ear piercing alternative - in home with a medical professional. What is medical ear piercing? It is a properly done ear piercing system, using equipment designed from a medical perspective to address the health risks associated with ear piercing - blood borne viruses and nickel allergy.

I offer a variety of styles for babies, children, and adults. For children, I recommend piercing between four months to a year. After a year, it is best to wait until the child is five or when the child is able to sit still during the ear piercing.

Our ear-piercing studs are designed to facilitate healing. They are light weight, putting minimal pressure on the hole as it heals. The earring back locks into position, allowing air to freely circulate around the hole as it heals. These are two important factors in a successful healing process.

I offer the safest of all earrings for after the initial healing phase. Staying with Blomdahl’s ultra-safe materials when it is time to remove the ear-piercing studs, minimizes any chance of a nickel allergy taking hold.
